It is best for lived-in homes that are already in a generally maintained condition and need a dependable reset of the main surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen and floors.

A Deep Clean is usually the better starting point when there is thick dust, grease, mould, stubborn grime or long-term buildup. After that reset, Standard Cleaning can maintain the result.

Yes. Inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows and other detailed jobs can be added separately during booking, subject to availability and the condition of the area.

The first clean is charged at the normal one-off rate. Eligible savings apply from the second recurring Standard Clean: 10% weekly or fortnightly, and 5% every three or four weeks.

No. Many customers arrange entry with a key, lockbox, concierge or another secure access method. Share clear access instructions before the service.

Cleaners can bring professional products. Where possible, please provide a working vacuum and mop suited to your floors. Tell us in advance if that is not possible so we can organise accordingly.
